For those who live in Mill Valley. I come to your home. I bring the equipment if you have none. I wear a face shield, face mask, and maintain 6 feet distance so you can do what is comfortable for you. I’m very serious about sterilizing all the equipment immediately after use.

Your first session is only $35, after which rates are $70 per one hour session or $45 per half hour session.

All sessions are based off an initial intake and workout and are structured to help you meet your physical goals and needs.
